Do not, I repeat, do not use this company! As first time buyers, moving has been the most horrific experience. I know moving is always stressful but Premier Property Lawyers made it 100x times worse from the very beginning. The communication is non existent - we only spoke to our actual conveyancer a handful of times over a 8 month period. They continously fob you off and as they have so many clients, you are never a priority. I had to constantly push for updates and even had to push to exchange otherwise it would have taken longer. Seeing as the chain was so small, it shouldn't have taken the time it took. When we completed, we didn't get a phone call at all during the day from PPL. Myself, the estate agent and the seller could not get through to anyone on the day! Our conveyancer was "working from home and therefore, my call could not be transferred to her". The only advice I can give is to stay well clear!!
