Where do I start... we are now 20 weeks in with no hope of completing before March at the earliest due to them not amending the correct information to our buyers solicitor even though we told them about it on day 1 and expecting the buyers solicitors to do it on their behalf. We had to do a lot of the leg work and have now had to employ an additional solicitor to complete this task. I do suspect that the 'conveyancers' that are assigned to us are just glorified administrators with no serious knowledge of more complex issues. On top of all of this the security breach meaning that we had no contact at all for five weeks now just adds insult to injury and it seems that no one, no matter how high their position in the company, cares. We have just taken this to the legal ombudsman and I recommend that if anyone is unhappy with their service to do the same.
