This is an awful company avoid at all costs. I am selling a flat to a first time buyer with no chain either way. So far the process has taken 10 months with no end in sight. They have never been on top of the case and seem an incoherent shambles. Delays have been caused by errors and oversights on their part e.g. basic errors in documents, failure to send out documents which needed our signatures, multiple requests for the same information, a systems outage for over a month which meant any action which was minimal anyway ground to a halt. Im amazed they are still in business.
