Was prepared to give them a second chance after the cyber incident but have had weeks of no response to calls/emails but oddly get emails advising progress of sale that fell through due to the cyber issue.Incompetent beyond words and am increasingly suspicious about the requests for extra cyber scam payments just before their systems went down.Also conflicting information given about what happened,were Police involved??? My solicitor who oddly could not be contacted suddenly answered on main switchboard but claimed not to have had any messages passed on from me.Her manager has failed to respond to emails/ calls.I still want answers to my questions & will take this further.
