I would give them no stars if I could- absolutely abysmal service from Shujad- no communication for months on end despite repeated emails and phone calls. Delayed the sale of the house (which should have been a straightforward no chain exchange) by several months. Ended up having to copy in Sunita Chauhan (director) to our email chain and finally got a reply/ got the process moving a bit. Wish we’d thought of it months ago.
