Absolutely the pits! I have never known such bad service. I had to keep scanning the same documents over & over again and even posted them recorded delivery as sick to death of them re-asking for them! Why can’t they find them? 4 times in total I have had to send the same set of documents! Our sale is a cash buyer, no chain. Should be so simple & quick, yet still here 5 months down the line with them asking for the same documents!! Infuriating!! The Conveyancer never ever answers the phone, I seem to be doing all the paperwork and chasing, as the buyers are now contacting myself rather than conveyancer as such poor service!! What exactly are we paying a hell of a lot of money for???? It is the worst solicitors I have ever come across, never known such poor service like this! Not recommended whatsoever!! (
