The worst conveyancers we have experienced! Premier Property Lawyers managed our sale and purchase in what should have been a simple process (no chain) it ended up taking nearly 5 months just purely down to incompetence. Awful and confusing communication resulted in the whole process being overly stressful. We were constantly chasing for an update. The eway portal, whilst it might look good on the surface is only as good as the information entered by the Conveyancing team, which was poor, and the ‘progress’ through the stages did not work how you would expect! Even when you input information into the portal they ask for it again months later via email! We complained on a couple of occasions and nothing was done, they obviously do not value their customer’s experience. Overall a terrible experience (that we paid a fortune for!) and would never use them again.
