We are selling to a first time buyer. We are using professional solicitors. Our buyers are using “premier” property “lawyers.” Should have exchanged contracts today, as they had agreed with our solicitors. They failed to properly communicate with my solicitors, the person who was supposed to be “acting” for our buyer took the day off with no cover arrangements. They seem to have failed to properly communicate with their own “client.” Really worried that the chain will collapse and we will lose our new home because our our buyers made the mistake of instructing PPL
