I'm sorry that I have to even give this firm one star, it definitely doesn't deserve it. They are the absolute pits and if you value your sanity I would steer clear from this company. Purple brick should be ashamed of recommending this firm. This company neglected to follow up a charge on the property that I was selling on behalf of a deceased member of the family and 3.5 months after the sale had completed, yes completed, I mean how the hell did it complete??? I received a call from them saying that the management agent had been in touch and that they wanted 75% of the sale proceeds which was to remove a loan on the property that I had no idea was on there. I thought I was paying a professional company to handle the sale, biggest mistake ever as they chose to just ignore it. Then had the cheek to blame the management agency for not telling them and then me as I was the executor! Now in the hands of the legal ombudsman. This firm needs closing down they are an absolute disgrace and have ruined so many peoples lives in the process.
