I've had to engage in a new mortgage offer costing me 10k over 5 years due to their ineptitude. Looking at just cancelling the whole thing and taking a breather as the stress is becoming a problem. There is nothing special about the place I'm selling. Because they don't respond to estate agents queries I've now become the central point of contact for the chain. Only able to send one query and answer at a time via email, what's hilarious is my buyer and myself are both with "Strike Conveyancing" - zero interest in resolving quickly.
