Not my solicitors but they represent the other side - they are so incompetent that they almost lost the sale - The buyer had to beg me to hang on. When the sale did eventually go through the TOOLS didn't contact the Council resulting in me getting a Court summons for non payment of service charges even though I had sold the property 4 months earlier. I then received a court charge because I didn't attend and this is still going on as they are too incompetent to pick up the phone even though I've been on hold for 30mins to find out if they have a complaints procedure. Meanwhile the new buyers is also having problems as these tools need to contact the Council even though I've sent them all the relevant paperwork, so they are now being fined for non payment of Council Tax. I have however contacted the Law Society - I suggest that anybody who has dealings with Premier Lawyers does the same - the sooner these people are barred from trading the better for all buyers and sellers!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!
