To be then told Wednesday pm that there were multiple things missing. This was the week we were supposed to be exchanging contracts and completing but no. We’ve ended up breaking the chain so our buyers can move in as it’s been pushed back about four times already and it’s not fair. November and December have come and gone and there’s still no end in sight. A whole week later and we’re even further away. I’ve never known a more incompetent company and whenever we’ve asked to speak to a manager, we’ve been told there isn’t one? We’re at a loss. Even with our solicitor and the sales progressor chasing it up. Unbelievable. If you actually want to move home in a relatively reasonable amount of time-use anyone but these jokers.
