If I could give 0 stars I would. Whilst personally not using them, the buyer at the start of our chain is. We were ready to exchange at the beginning of December as were our direct buyers. This was then delayed by the start of the chain/PPL. The next aim was to exchange & complete by mid Jan. This still has NOT happened due to this incompetent solicitor. constantly advising things are outstanding and/or Lying about what is outstanding. Dishonest & purposefully delaying a sale. Supposed to have exchanged Friday 2nd ready to complete the 9th Feb. Exchange missed as had not advised buyer of bank details for deposit. Supposed to exchange today but they have advised they’re now waiting for the bank to confirm if they can release funds. As said before INCOMPETENT. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
