Six months down the line they are still coming up with queries that should have been dealt with months ago. Unfortunately our buyer and their buyer are using them but it looks like the chain is about to collapse due to PPL's gross incompetency.
The delays are causing huge mental stress for all involved in the chain. They do not respond to queries from the other Estate Agents or Solicitors in the chain. For your own sanity DO NOT USE !
