If I had the option to leave no starts I would! Do not use this company, the letting agency recommended this company to us and I wish we had read the reviews before going with them. The lack of communication is a joke, they never answer the phone and take around 3 business days to reply back to emails. Over the course of two days, I left three voicemails and 12 missed calls as the query was extremely important. No calls where ever returned or acknowledged. The list of enquiries changed regularly and were repeated numerous times, even when the sellers solicitor had already provided updates! Very incompetent, no support or advice actually provided and a real struggle to actually speak to someone, as they simply do not answer the phone. Stay clear at all costs!
