Do Not Use!!!!!! Have missquoted us all throughout the process and our final bill is more than double to what we were originally quoted. You can never contact them on the phone either unless they are wanting money off you. We were supposed to complete today, but have been ransomed for the keys as they "miss-allocated" our search fees, which we paid months ago, so demanded a further £312 off us today in order to complete. No explanation as to why or what this was for and was told we cant move unless we pay it. Absolutely disgusting service and really wish we never used this firm and used a reputable company instead.
