DO NOT USE! Honestly the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. If you are selling your house, the best tip you can be given is ask if your buyer is dealing with this firm. If they are, DO NOY proceed as they will only ruin your sale further down the line and cause considerable stress to everyone in the chain. Right through our house chain the estate agents and other solicitors have said they are the worst firm they have dealt with in decades. The only way they must get customers is by paying commission to mortgage company as no one in their right mind would recommend them. Any review over 1 star is fake I promise you.
