Everything was ready to go for the end of february, but they made excuses to postpone, some highly unbelievable, and then agreed the end of march, but then used covid 19 as another excuse. Here we are today due to exchange and conplete, and no one can get ahold of them. Absolute joke. We have had many problems with trying to get in contact, lots of phone calls via my estate agents and own solicitor to try and get them to respond, but would take a few days at least to hear anything, and even when we did hear anything it would be another reason for them not to be ready.
