While being a lot of work, prepexpert really did help me raise my scores. I just wish they didn't pile as much on you as they did for me. The only other bad thing I can think of is the website layout being hard to navigate. I had Ben Smith as a tutor, and I honestly thought he was pretty good. He explained well and would even have a joke or two. He kept the class entertaining.
