I ordered a pair of Red Wing boots from PRFO. Before placing my order, I called to make sure there was stock of the size I wanted. There was no wait time for the call to be answered and the PRFO rep/ staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. I felt good and confident about making a purchase after the phone call (which is unusual when calling so many businesses in this day and age!). I placed my order online. The website is easy to navigate and user friendly. I received the order confirmation immediately to email. Within a week, the boots arrived. I noticed that the shipping box was thick cardboard and had been taped securely taped with PRFO brand identity tape with plenty of room inside for the Red Wing box to be securely packed with brown paper packing around it. The boots were exactly as described online. I was extremely happy with my purchase and overall experience. I would highly recommend PRFO if you are thinking about making an online purchase. I will be using them again for future purchases. (Please note: I'm in NY, USA and PRFO is in Canada - absolutely no hiccups with shipping (technically 'International') and free shipping to boot!)
