I ordered a Vans hoodie for my grandson for Christmas and after arrival thought that it would be too big for him. This was confirmed by his mother so I was glad that I had kept the wrapping and the receipt for the purchase and was also very pleased that there was a good window of time in which to return the purchase. I have just recently received word that the company PRFO Sports has received my return and I am expecting a partial refund on my credit card. A small percentage of my payment will be kept by the company to cover shipping costs and I am okay with that given that I had a lot of time to return the hoodie. It was easy to print the return label and instructions were clear to follow through on this return.
