Great customer service. Order seemed slightly delayed so reached out and someone responded quickly. The order was shipped the following day and received two days later. A pair of ankle socks were also included with a thank you note. Shoes were well packaged and in excellent condition when they arrived. I ordered the running shoes on April 2nd and received them on April 13.
