What can I say? Delivery (3 days door to door) plus the unbeatable prices on helmets and components has made PRFO my first go to, for MTB products. I have used overseas on-line bike shops and it is nice to deal with a Canadian company who are so efficient and stock great product. Recently I had to return a poorly chosen helmet and I anticipated the usual delay with refunding. I actually received my re-reimbursement less than 4 days after sending it off. Throughout this transaction PRFO's customer service was exemplary. I have told my friends and naturally will continue to refer to PRFO as my initial contact for on-line outdoor gear.
