Pruchased a pair of five ten freeride pro shoes in size 11, size was a half size too big...emailed PRFO and quickly received an email with a shipping label to return and instructions on how to get the correct size. To notch customer service and support, got the correct size sent a few days later and enjoying the shoes...thanks again
