Please book any trip from priceline.com/booking.com including thru the United Airline vacation package at all. I had been using so many travel websites such as Expedia, Travelocity, Orbits, Costco Travel, Appel vacation, Funjet...., Priceline, Booking.... and you name it. If you happen to book thru Priceline/Booking and if nothing goes wrong then it perfect but if you are unlucky with something wrong then expecting to spend multiple calls and hours for each call. Howevr, nothing will be resolved. In my case, I booked upgraded room and got the cheapest room and I call... call but nothing resolved then they promised me if I keep the package then they will reimbust me %20 after my trip. I ended up keep the package due to my work and I called after my trip to the reimbursement for multiple times but I got nothing resolve. I gave up due to my blood pressure go up and spend so much hours to each call. I mean 1-3 hours for each call because they keep transfering you around and some time it just disconnect for no reason.
