Never ever ever ever use Priceline!!! Especially for car rentals. They charge you the fee up front (non refundable). they let you book the car even if there are no cars available at the rental establishment. The rental company says they have no cars available and you need to take it to with Priceline. Five hours on hold with Priceline before being disconnected (on their end). COMPLETE TRASH!!!! Was told by both car rental places they are discontinuing using Priceline and other third party services due to constant issues like this and they end up looking like the bad guy as they are the ones standing in front of you. Just a matter of time until Priceline is out of business.
