Priceline has become no better than any other business, maybe worse. They have changed their website to where you see a price and the price is now for a standard room. There is no real description of the standard room. They now have a bubble to the right on your screen that encourages you to call them. If you call them, they tell you that there is no guarantee that you can get the room that you want at the advertised price and then start their up sale garbage. When I pointed it out to the person on the phone, I was told that he was there to give me the best deal possible. He told me if I wasn't happy with the service, don't use it. Priceline, welcome to the world of Comcast, Verizon and every other company that is all about money and making customers just another number on a balance sheet. Well done! I will never use this service again!
