I’ve been charged twice for my Christmas Day stay—once by Priceline and once by the hotel—and I’m beyond frustrated. I’ve been stuck in an endless loop between the two, with neither willing to take responsibility or issue a refund. Priceline keeps insisting they can’t contact the hotel, yet I managed to reach the front desk in less than five minutes. How is this even possible for a company of their size? Both parties keep deflecting, leaving me stuck in the middle of their mess. This is absolutely unacceptable. I’m furious, and you can bet I’ll be leaving negative reviews everywhere.
