Complaint about my experience with Priceline
I purchased a travel package with Priceline and lost over $5,000. Upon arriving in Florida, the car that was supposed to be waiting for me was not available because the rental agency had closed at 7 PM, while my flight arrived at 9 PM. I was not reimbursed and had to rent a car from another company.
Additionally, the hotel I had booked, which was supposed to be a "spa," was under renovation, and I was not informed. I had to leave with my family and contacted Priceline, but they did not offer any assistance or reimbursement. The response I received was that they could not help me.
I booked everything through this company and was extremely disappointed. I do not recommend Priceline to anyone, as my experience was terrible. Stay away from them!
