I have booked a grooming for our cat with nails cut and fur shave from this company. I based it off of the review so I was really looking forward for a good cat owner experience. When my daughter dropped our cat off, she mentioned right away that the place looks sketchy. So, I told her oh that's okay maybe they are just a start up business and the reviews were good anyway. But then, when my second daughter picked our cat up, these stupid staffs didn't even acknowledged her as a customer, our cat not groomed up to par as the reviews claim to be and even charged us $100 for 1 star rating for their crappy service!!! They could have been friendly in the first place and that will surely remove any sense of dissatisfaction but noooo, they are just a bunch of overpaid staffs with no proper training!! I will sure give everyone I know a word of mouth about this sketchy company.
