“The first time I ordered from Pride and Groom was from a Deals and Steals promotion. My dog has sensitive skin and we weren’t having good luck with the pet store brands we were trying. The shampoo and conditioner smells amazing and doesn’t irritate my dog’s skin so we’re sticking with it. The most recent purchase arrived within a couple of days after ordering. We've decided to subscribe to regular deliveries because we like the products that much.”

“I love how my dog smells after his bath and how shiny and smooth his fur/hair is. He is a terrier and has hair instead of fur. It does get tangled and he has knots. I think the conditioner helps but something specifically for tangles would be awesome.”

“Love this line! The shedder shampoo and conditioner smell so good! Everything rinses out of the fur without leaving any residue. I also love the waterless shampoo for in between baths to freshen up his coat! I always get compliments on how good he smells and how shiny his coat is too!”

“I have just started using The Non Shredder shampoo and the The Final Coat conditioner. They both work great, my dog comes out of the bath tub clean, and after drying, soft and fluffy. My Bichon also goes to daycare and has a ton of fun with his friends, but comes home looking a little ragged and a little smelly so have started using TheMane Tame, cleans him right up and he smells fresh again.”

“Absolutely floored! Well, I was really looking forward to receiving the products I ordered for my pup, weeks ago. Your website did not indicate there would be extra shipping, nor do they mention potential duty being charged for products. No indication of shipping from the USA to Canada. All I saw was the products ordered were in CAN dollars! On an already expensive purchase, even with “free” shipping code, an additional charge was added to my order of $115! Over $325 for dog grooming products? Chris Christiansen, top of the line dog grooming products from the USA and I wasn’t charged extra duty or delivery. Clearly I am asking for my money back, unless pride and groom rectify the situation, ASAP. Jane at customer service hasn’t been replying to emails and there is no phone number to contact the company. Unless you don’t care about your customers, I hope to hear back from you shortly to rectify this issue.”

“I recently tried The Shedder Dog Shampoo from Pride+Groom, it was gifted, for my Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Opal, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Here are my thoughts: Pros: - Effective Shedding Control: This shampoo does a fantastic job at reducing shedding. Opal’s coat feels noticeably less loose fur after just one wash. - Gentle on Skin: It’s gentle and soothing on Opal’s sensitive skin, which is a huge plus. No irritation at all! - Pleasant Scent: The fragrance is lovely and not overpowering, leaving Opal smelling fresh for days. - Easy Rinse: The shampoo lathers well once you mix with a bit of water in a different bottle and rinses out easily, making bath time quick and hassle-free. Cons: - Price: It’s a bit on the pricier side, but the quality and results make it worth the investment. Overall, The Shedder Dog Shampoo is a must-have for pet owners dealing with shedding issues.
