Absolutely floored! Well, I was really looking forward to receiving the products I ordered for my pup, weeks ago. Your website did not indicate there would be extra shipping, nor do they mention potential duty being charged for products. No indication of shipping from the USA to Canada. All I saw was the products ordered were in CAN dollars! On an already expensive purchase, even with “free” shipping code, an additional charge was added to my order of $115! Over $325 for dog grooming products? Chris Christiansen, top of the line dog grooming products from the USA and I wasn’t charged extra duty or delivery. Clearly I am asking for my money back, unless pride and groom rectify the situation, ASAP. Jane at customer service hasn’t been replying to emails and there is no phone number to contact the company. Unless you don’t care about your customers, I hope to hear back from you shortly to rectify this issue.
