Great for hair, skin and nails, but had to stop taking them as causing serious mood swings. I have used them before and stopped them because I felt they were causing this. So I was off them for months and I was OK. Went back on them and after using them for just 6 weeks my moods are off the chart again.. My husband noticed the change in me also. This has been me on them for 8 weeks now and we both not the change in me in the last 2 weeks. I am annoyed because they do help with my hair and skin. It could be because I am on a low dose of hrt and that they don't mix well..
