“Great for hair, skin and nails, but had to stop taking them as causing serious mood swings. I have used them before and stopped them because I felt they were causing this. So I was off them for months and I was OK. Went back on them and after using them for just 6 weeks my moods are off the chart again.. My husband noticed the change in me also. This has been me on them for 8 weeks now and we both not the change in me in the last 2 weeks. I am annoyed because they do help with my hair and skin. It could be because I am on a low dose of hrt and that they don't mix well..”

“My prime fifty heart & blood and total health collection just arrived and just noticed that some of the ingredients are in both tablets and was just wondering is it safe to take all at the the same time or would you suggest I use heart health first then prime fifty I’ve looked on web site and cannot find any information on mixing or not to mix and take supplements with the same ingredients in would you please let me know thankyou Jennifer davis”

“I used to have a drawer full of different vitamins but now i just have Prime Fifty which takes the guesswork out of deciding which ones to take and how much. This product has saved me quite a lot of money and a considerable amount of drawer space. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that they really really do increase energy and put a little zing back in my life. Highly recommended.”
