Placed order early December for Xmas delivery of 2 photo mugs.
I'm the mug clearly. £10 postage would suggest expedited delivery. Think again. 28 December and still no mugs. Still no response from customer service via email or their online chat - worked my way up from #35 in the queue to be told Matthew has left the conversation just as I get to #1. These people are scammers, fraudsters, cheats, charlatans and out and out scum. AVOID.
