We had placed an order for graduation photo book and we were promised that we will have it by the graduation. Nothing so fare. Two weeks in the order. All calls go to offshore and they repeat "we are sorry but trust me". They don't have any US based service so don't expect a refund.
Not sure why Groupon does business with them.
You get what you pay for.
