I ordered a photo book and completed 39 out of the 40 pages after working on it for 2 entire days. I saved it and went back an hour later and the book was blank. I have written twice and called and have been told that the tech department would contact me in 24;hours. This was last Thursday. Yesterday I finally received an email asking if I saved my work which was stated in all contact. Totally frustrated!
