Horrendous customer service , wouldn't recommend ordering from this site very disappointed, I ordered two blankets the order was wrong when I received it the customer service Rachel tried to say it was my fault even tho i have evidence to prove it was theirs then was told because there kind they would send correct order but I had to pay again for delivery, so I did just because I wanted them for xmas for my kids but now it is two weeks since my first email to customer service and my correct order has still not been processed absolutely a joke now kids won't have their gift and I feel like banging my head against a wall trying to deal with their customer service its a joke. No clue!!
