Printerpix sent a 21-book order to the wrong address, but compensated me for having that order shipped to me, and replaced one of the books that got damaged in the process. Overall, I am pleased with Printerpix's efforts to rectify the error, and I am deeply appreciative of Victor's help in resolving all the issues. His unwavering assistance was efficient, empathetic and effective.
