I ordered prints on metal of my dog Zeppelin who passed away a few years ago and had nothing but issues trying to find out if they were coming, but ultimately never received them. When I tried to work with the company to check on status they answered my call once, said they were delivered, and when I got home to check nothing had arrived. When I called back to find out what was going on I waited on hold for two hours w/no response, so I hung up. I had to dispute the charges as a result. I’ll be ordering elsewhere that’s more reliable and telling all I can how crappy printerpix.com is. Scammers!
