where do i start, don’t buy from them.
ordered a photo calendar which turned up wrong, sent loads of emails to get it rectified but not reply’s, spent ages on hold on the phone, and they just hung up after 20 minutes on hold.
finally got through to someone called Lisa David and she said she would send me another but i had to pay £5.99 postage, she sent me a link to pay which i did. that was last week, and heard nothing since, emails ignored.
