DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. POTENTIAL SCAM? I ordered personalised calendars for Xmas presents on 18.11.24. On 24.11.24 I received notification they had been delivered. I did not receive anything so I checked the tracking. Parcel had been delivered to a sorting office in Birmingham, 90 miles from my home address. I have contacted customer services on numerous occasions since: I have received unhelpful automated responses. Been asked to confirm my address and on two occasions been told 'great news - your order is on its way' with the original tracking details showing my parcel sat 90 miles away. I have tried calling customer services but it either does not connect or I am hold for up to 30 minutes before being cut off. Sadly, I'm not in a position to order more calendars to replace them. If this is not a scam, it is exceptionally poor customer service. I would not recommend using this company.
