I purchased a voucher through Living Social. The same day, I attempted to redeem, the hyperlink provided was not working. I called printerpix, they indicated they were aware of an issue and to try again in 2 hours. I did but when I tried to redeem, it attached to an album that was not part of the voucher I purchased. To make a long story short, I received the order I had to place. It had 25 blank pages and half the names were not printed on their respective pages. I called printerpix, got the run around and generic responses. The same one 4 times. Be careful when you deal with them. They Don't care and won't do anything to make it right. I'll go back to using other businesses who do care about their customers satisfaction.
