Ordered a picture printed on metal in September 2024 which was damaged in the shipment. The metal picture was thin, flimsy, and could not possibly be hung on a wall. After sending Printerpix pictures of the damage I requested a canvas replacement due to the poor quality of the product. Canvas pictures are cheaper and I did not request a delta refund. Another metal picture was sent in November 2024, which was scratched and again not something that could be hung because of the thin metal. I gave up and ordered a canvas print from another vendor
