I ordered Christmas Cards on November 30, 2024 and was told that it would take 3-5 business days to print. After 10 days and no cards came I began to call and ask where they were. I was told numerous times that they were at the end stage getting the final touches and would be sent out within 24-48 hours but they would speak with the manager to get it escalated for a sooner time frame. I would get a call back within 1 hours to let me know that this would happen. This was told to me on 3 different days but nobody ever called me back nor were the Christmas cards sent out. I also emailed them numerous times and received the same message. I finally told them as well as emailed them that I was going elsewhere to have the cards printed and to cancel my order because even if they were to print and overnight the cards there would not be enough time for me to address and mail out these cards so that my family and friends could get them prior to Christmas. I received no response until after Christmas to which I finally received the cards after the new year on January 2, 2025. They refuse to credit me back the exorbitant shipping fee of $26.99 which they charged me on November 30, 2024.
