wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Terrible service. Was told on the website guaranteed delivery for Xmas. Was told by email on Xmas eve that it won’t be delivered so I had to rush and find another service. Emailed several times to cancel and refund me before sending the item and no response. 3 weeks later it was dispatched and only today it was delivered and damaged. To this day no responses and contact. Avoid at all costs. Shocking experience and want a refund from this terrible company.
