Ordered a photo album during their Christmas sale. Site claimed it would arrive by Christmas and it still hasn't arrived, even a month after the expected delivery date.
Lack of order traceability/transparency, where it's supposedly at the courier's but only the shipping label has been printed and the courier is still waiting for the item.
