I placed an order (#CO60U15139[64526989]) on December 9th with guaranteed Christmas delivery, but here we are, and my order has never shipped! Printerpix issued a UPS tracking number on December 13th (Tracking: 803579834825850902), but UPS still doesn’t have the package—it’s just sitting in limbo with an “Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the package” message. To make matters worse, Printerpix refuses to respond to emails, and they have NO customer service phone number. How is that even acceptable for a company selling products during the holidays? This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable! I would not recommend ordering from them unless you enjoy frustration and disappointment. Buyer beware!
