I originally gave Printerpix a very favorable review because the quality of the books was great. 2 of the books had scratches so they said they would replace them in 10-15 days. It has now been 2 1/2 months and I can't get anyone to communicate with me. I have sent several emails and conveniently got disconnected twice each when I tried phoning and live chats after waiting an hours each time. I just want my replacement books.
