The magic mugs themselves are fine. The service is atrocious! I placed an order for two different designed magic mugs in my cart, and they sent two of the same ones. I called and spoke to an Indian woman with a dog barking in the background. She said I ordered the same mugs. Not true as I place two different designed mugs in the cart. She said she could give me the other mug free but I had to pay $8.99 shipping. That is ridiculous because I paid for two different mugs but I went along with it because this was a gift. Well...I never got the credit for the mug or a callback, so I sent an email and got an auto response with a ticket #. I sent numerous more emails and no one ever replies. These people are scammers and don't do right by their customers and I have placed many orders with them. There are plenty of US companies that make these mugs and satisfy their customers so that's where I am taking my business!
